Upload ExportAllSiteTimeSheetDetail.xlsx once. Each site in the file updates its matching business unit (matched by site code like 25012225).

Create business units for sites not found yet Admin password for newly created BUs Sync roster from EPay (match by ID, dedupe; only auto-inactivate if not set manually) Import all sites from file
