Green days mean that pay week (Sun–Sat) has EPay data uploaded for this business unit.

One file updates every BU — use EPay import (PIN required) for bulk upload, or the options below for a single site.

Import worked hours (EPay / CSV)

Upload ExportAllSiteTimeSheetDetail.xlsx from EPay, or a simple CSV with columns: weekKey, employeeId, day, actual, scheduled, timeOff, ptoUsedHours.

Create a WFM correction for someone on this roster. You sign first, then the employee signs to complete it.

Include inactive employees

Used hours come from EPay uploads only. Pending includes requests awaiting approval plus approved time off not yet confirmed in EPay.

Employees who work at more than one location are matched by their EPay number and show a sites tag — their hours, accrual, and PTO are combined into one balance across all locations.
