Control Center

Pending approvals — all sites

Approve or reject from here. Manager e-signature is required, same as the site admin panel.

Pending and approved time off across every location. Useful when someone like Medrano works multiple sites at once.

Daily digest emails

Every day at 9:00 AM Eastern, these addresses get a company-wide summary of pending PTO, WFM corrections, and shift swaps. Site admin notify emails are also included automatically.

Send a test digest now

Preview what the cron would send (dry run does not email). Use “Send digest” after Resend is configured.
